In August, two Austrian teenagers were arrested for planning attacks on a Taylor Swift concert in Vienna. Authorities said one suspect had been inspired by ISIS and intended to use knives or explosives outside the stadium where the event was taking place. The other teen was also arrested and taken into custody.

The CIA deputy director's comments come as the fight against terrorism continues to dominate headlines, with governments around the world working together to prevent attacks and protect citizens.
