Competition watchdog clears Microsoft arrangements with Inflection AI

The Newport City Council has approved plans for a £30m development project, which includes the construction of a multi-storey car park and retail units. The project is expected to create around 150 jobs during its construction phase and support local businesses in the city centre. The new car park will provide approximately 450 parking spaces, with three levels underground and five above ground, including space for electric vehicle charging points. Retail units on the ground floor will also be available for rent by local businesses.
