The Business Journal has reported on the opening of a new restaurant called Rack n Roll BBQ, located at 3120 Youngstown Warren Road, Austintown. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on Monday, September 12. According to the owner, Brian Schenk, the establishment serves slow-smoked barbecue and Southern-style soul food dishes. They use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. In addition to barbecue, Rack n Roll BBQ offers homemade side dishes such as macaroni salad, baked beans, coleslaw, and cornbread. The menu also features an array of appetizers, sandwiches, platters, and desserts.
