Title: Seattle Seahawks Reinforce Defense with Bohanna and Odumegwu Signings
The Seattle Seahawks are gearing up for their season opener by shuffling their practice squad. They've recently signed Quinton Bohanna, a defensive tackle from Kentucky, and Kenneth Odumegwu, a defensive end. The team released Max Pircher and Kyon Barrs from the practice squad to make room for these two new signings. With both players working out for Seattle during their off day and with one vacancy and an exempted spot available, they were able to ink each player to the squad.
Bohanna has previously played with the Cowboys, Lions, and Titans, accumulating 39 tackles, three tackles for loss, and a quarterback hit in his reserve role during his NFL tenure. Odumegwu, originally from Nigeria, played soccer and basketball before being discovered by American football scouts. He was part of the International Pathway Program and will provide additional depth to Seattle's defense. As Uchenna Nwosu recovers from a sprained knee, the Seahawks have strengthened their defensive line with these latest signings.
